Items Required To Start the Lemon Baking Soda Water Challenge:
1. One Teaspoon of Baking Soda (any brand)
2. 8 0z to 10 0z of Water (mineral water is recommended, however, we use room temperature spring water)
3. Half squeezed lemon
Other Recommendations:
1. Drink lots of water throughout the day
2. Bathroom accessibility is a must
3. Start off with a one day cleanse then increase to 3 days
4. Start when you are preferably home all day
5. Drink on an empty stomach in the mornings (take 30 minutes before breakfast)
6. Drink once per day in the mornings (up to 14 days).
7. Number of days depends on your goals, but rule of thumb, 14 days on, 14 days OFF
