INGREDIENTS:
– 13.5 oz / 400 ml water (about 1 ⅔ cups)
– 1.4 oz / 40g unflavored powdered gelatin (about 4 tbsp / ¼ cup)
– Peel of 1 pineapple
– 2 cinnamon sticks
– 1 tablespoon of green tea
– 1 piece of ginger (approximately 3 cm)
– 1 teaspoon of turmeric
– 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
After hydrating the gelatin with the tea, dissolve it by microwaving (approximately 30 seconds) or in a double boiler until melted. To extract even more active compounds, you can boil the pineapple peel, with the cinnamon stick and the piece of ginger for 10 minutes, turn off the heat, and then, in the boiling water, add the other ingredients for infusion.
Yields 16 servings, each with approximately 8 calories, 0g of carbohydrates (0g of fiber), 2g of protein, and 0g of fat.
